About MES-SP
Mechanical & Electrical Services (Special Projects) Ltd are a building services contractor specialising in high end, luxury and super-prime residential project, including new build and refurbishment.
MES SP have developed and expanded over the past 20 years, our team includes project managers, mechanical & electrical engineers, site supervisors, surveyors and supplementary administration staff. In addition to this, MES SP engage our own high standard of plumbing and electrical resources, who over many years have been indoctrinated into our working ethos proven on many successful bespoke projects.
Mechanical Services
Mechanical installation services are one of the core services offered by MES SP. These services involve the installation of mechanical systems and equipment in super prime residential properties, be that either in new build or refurbishment and commercial fit out projects. These systems include heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing and drainage systems, building management systems and more. We also offer mechanical design in both residential and commercial projects.
Electrical Services
Electrical services installation including electrical systems and equipment in super prime residential projects and commercial buildings. Electrical systems include main services distribution, lighting controls, power, data/ AV installations, fire and security.
We also provide expert advice and design on the selection of appropriate electrical systems for specific projects, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and safety.
